Do I need to earn points before taking up the offers?
No. This program is for Credit Cards with no points attached. You do not need to earn or spend points to take advantage of these great offers. Just by having an Ignite Credit Card you automatically have access to all the discounts.
Do I have to pay to be part of the program?
No. Just by having an Ignite Credit Card you automatically have access to all the discounts.
How long will the offers be on the site for?
Each partner has an offer that is valid from 1 February 2010 to 31 January 2011. There will also be additional offers put on the site throughout the year that will be valid for a shorter 2 month period. Be sure to check the validity timings of the offer you wish to redeem so as not to miss out.
Do I need a voucher to redeem the offers?
You do not need a voucher to receive your discounts in retail stores unless specified on the offer page. All you need to do is show your Ignite Credit Card to prove your eligibility for the discount or offer.
What happens if someone in the retail store doesn't recognise the offer?
While our partners always aim to ensure all retail staff are aware of offers, it is possible that occasionally a staff member may not be aware of an offer. If this happens please let us know by emailing customerservice@westpacinstantbenefits.com.au so that we can make the partner aware and prevent this happening in future.
I remember seeing a partner who is no longer on the site. Can I still receive discounts at that partner?
This year we have kept your favourite partners from last year and added fantastic new partners Borders and Rebel Sport. Offers from previous partners have now expired and are therefore no longer available.
